Once again we got a special delivery from Italy in the form of a traditional Italian cake. We at the CC so do appreciate food gifts! I admit, readily, that I have NO idea what Torte en Festa really means. I can only think it means Party Cake? What it tastes like though---is GOOOOOOOD. Imagine a pastry like consistensy with chocolate drizzlied across the top and a chocolate ganache in the middle. Yummy! As you can see from the pictures, no one was complaining!
